Please read this entire agreement. By completing registration or using any of OfferMeCoupons applications, you are aggreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local and federal laws. By creating an account you are acknowledging that you are at least 18 years old, and if you are opening under a business you are acknowledging you are authorized to act on the business behalf. Upon registration you will need to create a user name and secure password, supply your first and last name along with establishing a security question and answer for password recovery assistance. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark laws.

2. Overview

OfferMeCoupons.com ("OfferMeCoupons") owns and operates a webservice that lists merchant affiliates along with coupons and special offers for those merchants. OfferMeCoupons receives a commission from those merchants when its users click though the links residing on OfferMeCoupons.com before being redirected to the merchant to complete a sales transaction. OfferMeCoupons will pay a rebate back to the register active customer of OfferMeCoupons.com from the commission it receives from the merchant. OfferMeCoupons may also pay a defined referral rebate to the registered active customer of OfferMeCoupons.com.

3. Disclaimer

1. The materials on OfferMeCoupons's web site are provided "as is". OfferMeCoupons makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, OfferMeCoupons does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.


2. A purchase must be made from the merchant site by first clicking through from OfferMeCoupons.com. Once redirected to the merchant site the purchase must be made right away without doing any other web surfing until the purchase is complete. By doing other web surfing after being redirected to merchant website and before making the purchase may cause another site to get credit for the purchase and not OfferMeCoupons; therefore voiding the rebate. No other coupons codes from other sites can be combined with OfferMeCoupons.com links and offers, which will also void any rebate. The transaction should be captured electronically and appear in the account detail section, however if it does not then further information may be needed for reconciliation such as merchant order number.

4. Earning Commission

1. Purchases:
   A commission is earned when the user makes a purchase from a linked merchant as a result of clicking on an OfferMeCoupons coupon or related link first then being redirected to the merchant to complete such transaction. The user must also be logged onto his/her OfferMeCoupons account. A reference id will be logged under the transaction section every time a user clicks through to merchant website, and accounts will be reconciled within 8 days and populated with information we receive from the merchant. If however your purchase is not reflected after 8 days contact OfferMeCoupons and supply the merchant order number and date of purchase, so we may contact the merchant on your behalf. There will be some transactions you will not get credit, which will be determinde by the merchant such as gift cards.
2. Referrals: You may refer an unlimited number people to OfferMeCoupons, and provided they sign up listing your user name under the referral section then you will get a commission every time they make a qualified purchase. A referral commission is paid in a similar way as the purchase commission, however as a referer you may only have access to the date, purchase amount and transaction id.

5. Payment

Qualified commisson payments will be made 60 days after the month ends in which the commission is earned. Payments will consist of commissions earned minus merchandise returned to the merchant under their return period. OfferMeCoupons will reserve the right to deduct a payment processing fee if it gets charged for making such payments. A 1099 form must be filled out if your payments exceed $600.

OfferMeCoupons currently makes payments via Paypal. A valid paypal email address must be provided to OfferMeCoupons for payment processing. Any payment not received within 60 days of will be considered forfeited. OfferMeCoupons reserves right to change its payment methods at any time.

4. Limitations

In no event shall OfferMeCoupons or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on OfferMeCoupons's Internet site, even if OfferMeCoupons or a OfferMeCoupons authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on OfferMeCoupons's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. OfferMeCoupons does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. OfferMeCoupons may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. OfferMeCoupons does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

OfferMeCoupons has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by OfferMeCoupons of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user's own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

OfferMeCoupons may revise these terms of use for its web site at any time without notice. By using this web site you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

8. Termination

The aggreement may be cancelled by either party at any time with or without cause by providing notice to the other party. Any outstanding funds due would be paid out within 90 days of cancelling the account and after all merchants return period.

9. Governing Law

Any claim relating to OfferMeCoupons's web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
